We encourage safe behaviour amongst our team members
In line with our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and safety, DirectContactLifts engineers work to the highest standards of service, and have the experience and tools to adequately control the risks associated with the equipment we work on.
Ensuring safe and efficient lift performance doesn’t just happen; it takes qualified personnel trained in working with safety kit and implements. It also means accredited lift mechanics carrying out maintenance checks with exceptional thoroughness.
We won’t consider a lift project ‘done’ unless it is 100 per cent free from hazards and – importantly – the natural environment at the site is undamaged and free from any possible contamination that lift installation, maintenance and repair might cause.
We feel accountable for keeping people and places safe
By integrating Health & Safety into our products and working practises, we can feel proud that we’re always complying with environmental lift Health & Safety laws, both nationally and globally. That means: 1) no immediate or long-term risk to others, and 2) you can trust us not to let you down as we represent you at your clients’ premises, and as we work in accordance with the law at all times.
